Missed antidepressants
I have been on escitalopram 20mg for two years, I missed two doses by accident a week ago then resumed and haven't felt right since, depression, increased anxiety, headache and nausea everyday.

Hi,
Usually missing only two doses might not lead to significant anxiety and depression symptoms. Sudden stopage of escitalopram can cause withdrawl symptoms like anxiety,restlessness, decreased sleep.

As u already restarted medication, you can wait for few more days and look for those symptoms.If there is persistence of symptoms,contact me.
