I had miscarriage in last week. Had bleed for 2 weeks. Now there is no bleeding. Done ultrasound pelvis. Report says, No evidence of G sac / retained products of conception found. No free fluid in cul de sac. Postvoid residue is not seen. No significant abnormality is seen.
Is there any need for D& C for this.
