I feel sometimes dizzy on mirtazapine 15mg at night. I am very anxious about this effect. What should I do !

Yes it can be caused due to Mirtazapine, quite common so don’t be worried Maintain adequate hydration Whenever you sit up from lying down position / stand up from sitting position do it slowly / steadily The side effect should gradually decrease over time, if it doesn’t do inform your treating psychiatrist
