Mirena Coil change in periods
Hi, I’m 25 and I’ve had the Mirena coil fitted for 4 Years. It reduced my periods to literally nothing and it only lasted a couple days. In the last few months my periods have been heavier and last about a week! I also get stomach aches with them now which I never got before. This month I was on my period from the 2nd January to the 7th and this morning I started bleeding again. Is this normal? Look forward to some advice. Thanks

Get an ultrasound pelvis done to rule out ny cysts or endometrial polyp. Although any of these s a rare possibility if u hv mirena in situ..but still. Also a thyroid test is advised. The pattern if bleeding which u r describing s not normal
