Minor projections on skin , black spots

Asked for Female, 27 Years

For about a month, some small projections seem to appear on the skin of my face, which that painless, a very slight pain on touching, which automatically heal in a 2-3 days but leave black spots everywhere. Sometimes occur at single and sometimes in a group of 2-3.
