Swelling and pain are symptoms of presence of infection ... using a painkiller might provide u a temporary relief ... diagnosing proper cause , treating the underlying cause along wit proper antibiotic coverage vl provide u wit complete solution .... so don't use painkillers .. take an appointment wit ur doctor and get it treated
