Firstly, there has been no mention of what injury you have sustained,
If it’s LS spine X-ray then it appears you have spine problem.
Doctors prescription says 2 month old injury, so must be healing and requires physiotherapy.
3rd medicine - Diclo Gel
Hello.
Your prescription says 2months old injury to your lower back.
But we need more details about your injury?
You say minor fracture in the HIP, but you have taken spine Xray? Why is that?
Has the pain reduced after taking the medication?
1) is the pain radiating( coming) to any of your legs?
2) tingling, numbness or shock like sensation in your legs?
3) any history of injury or lifting heavy weight?
4) fever, weight loss or evening sweating and rise of temperature present?
5) have you attained your menopause?
6) any pain in the groin area while cross legged sitting, walking?
Next Steps
If there is fracture as you say..
1)you need to have bed rest( lying down on bed, sitting is not called resting) for atleast 15days since the day you have consulted the doctor with taking medications.
2) apply any painkiller ointment/gel to the painful area and massage for 10mins, then give hot water fomentation
3) avoid weight lifting, forward bending and 2wheeler travel for atleast one month
Health Tips
The medications your doctor has prescribed is
1) Aceclofenac- painkiller
2)calcium
3)Diclogel
Give atleast 1month for recovery since you consulted a doctor, pain will no go overnight.
To your medication add multivitamins and a muscle relaxant if your pain is in the lower back.
Even after following all the above mentioned precaution, your pain still persists for a month.
You might need an MRI.
