  4. Minor chest pain. The day. any remedies!

Minor chest pain
I have a minor chest pain on heart side. I am fully normal but sometime it feel some pain and when it pains I have to put my hand on that side and then I relief.  it not happens all the day. Any remedies

Your symptoms are not typical of Cardiac related chest pain...And taking your age into consideration and Assuming you have no other co-morbid conditions like Hypertension, Diabetes etc , you are less likely to have Cardiac issues with the symptoms described above... However if you notice any Exertional symptoms , then Consult a physician near by....

Take a ECG.... If ECG is normal, then can consult a orthopaedician or a physician for any musculoskeletal issues ...
