Minimal period, bloating
Hello, I'm 42 yrs old. Normal bmi, no other health issues. My periods has been only for 1 day or so for the last 3 months, (Feb, March and april) It comes exactly on that date every month but lasts only a day. For the may 2 months I had no pms either. This month I had breast pain etc before period and it came on time but only lasted a day. My hb was 10.8 in Feb.i took ferronomic plus and now it's at 11.8. I have a polyp but that has not increased in size or anything for the last one year. I'm not sexually active for the last 7 years. I gave birth to my daughter in 2017. I'm not uncomfortable in anyways cos of lesser period. Only my lower stomach has put on weight. Can you tell me if this could the start of perimenopause? My mother got her menopause at 50.i work and my job involves mostly sitting on a system. Please let me know if this is normal or if I have to consult with a doc. My recent blood tests showed norms thyroid and other components. Only hb was 11.8. Please advice. Thank u
