Missed period, bloating

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I have the implant however I’ve missed my period this month, I have done 3 pregnancy tests which have all come back negative although recently I’ve been having bloating in my lower belly area which doesn’t go away (usually my stomach is completely flat) and I’ve also been urinating a lot more frequently and have been desperately needing to go to the toilet quite suddenly. My urine has a very odd strong smell to it first thing of a morning and aswell if I haven’t been to the toilet for a while.
