Dear friend, it's a byproduct of daily mundane stress n probably has started long back. It seems it's taking toll on your daily functioning. If you are getting anxiety symptoms and irritability n not treated in time, you may develop depression or other mood disorder. If you have tried every possible thing at your hand, you need to see a psychiatrist. Psychotherapy and some medication in combination will be a great help
