Hi Doctors,
My 4-month-old baby boy is trying on his own to lift himself up and lie on his tummy. And every time he tries to roll over, a little milk comes out of his mouth. Is this normal ?

This is quite normal at this age. .... As long as the baby is active, and is gaining weight well, and there is no persistent vomiting, breathing difficulty or poor weight gain, you should not need to worry....... Just make sure to burp well after feeding, and keep him slightly upright for some time. .....This will usually improves as the baby grows....
Next Steps
its always better to consult a pediatrition in person

Spitting up milk is normal and quite common especially with formula milk. No need to worry unless he loses weight or has other issues. Visit your pediatrician for a check up and confirmation of this.
