At 3 wks u should give milk as much as baby can take every 2nd or 3rd hourly.
No upper limit.
U can understand whether ur baby is getting sufficient milk or not by monitoring baby’s weight gain and urine output. Baby should pass minimum 5-6 times urine(good amount) per day.
Baby should gain approx 30 gms wt /day i.e approx 210 gm wt per week or 900 gm/month.
Overall 30 ml feed each time is not sufficient for a baby with normal birth weight at 3 wks.
Next Steps
U try to have more liquids, green leafy vegetables, fruits, non veg ( if u are non veg) /protein rich foods. Spend more time with baby/nurture the baby more. Direct breast feeding is better.
All these will increase milk production.
