I have milia on my chest and arms. Please suggest oral medicines and topical ointment for the same. I want an effective treatment for the same.

Hello, milia normally do not appear on cheat and arms. Consult a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis and he / she would advise you the best course of action which might be removal with a laser or RF technique
