Left renal pelvis is prominent (6.5mm in diameter) i am 22 weeks pregnant as it my 1st i am really doubtful

It is only moderate Dilation, just send the whole report of the fetal ultrasound, If the bladder is empty and the right kidney is normal, no need for a worry. pregnancy can be continued. Repeat a scan at weeks as well
