Mild throat pain since 6 days

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Since last 6 days throat pain (start and end of throat only) no cough cold sneezing or fever.Happened after 12 hours of an episode of vomiting due to acidity.Taken Ceftum,Signoflam and Bilazest for 5 days ,but no relief.What to do next ? Recovered from mild Covid last month in home isolation( first symptom 12 Apr)
