Mild swelling & pain in Penis
Hello Doct, I have been experiencing pain and mild swelling of my penis area since quite some time. I am not sure if it is any kind of injury from the past, had few incidents when I was injured during intercourse a year ago. Occasionally I have also seen mild redness in that area but I already checked with my dermat in an online consultation and she had prescribed few medication which solved it temporarily, when I consulted repeated again she says then it can't be any infection. I feel pain too during every erection, or when I press the area/ have sex or while masturbating. Apart from the mentioned symptoms, I do have torsion and curvature of about 45 deg aproximate on my penis. The erections also seems weaker these days and also find it difficult to reach climax. As you have more than one complaints. Will try to answer one by one.
1) Pain & swelling of the penis: There are various causes like lingering infection, or unprotected sexual intercourse with multiple partners and having sexually transmitted diseases, or your partner may have an infection which is getting transferred to you through sexual intercourse. No details have been given about the medication taken so cannot comment on it.
2) Curvature of the penis: Slight arch of the penis while erection is very much normal. But if it is increasing in degrees and becoming painful then it can be due to peyronie's. You can find the details about it on the internet. The treatment option is in homoeopathy.
