Your MRI shows mild tendinosis of the supraspinatus and upper fibers of the subscapularis tendon, with no tear or muscle damage. This is commonly caused by prolonged desk work and continuous mouse use. The condition is reversible, and with timely care you can return to normal function; it is not a lifelong problem. Homeopathic treatment can help reduce pain and support tendon healing when taken in an individualized manner. With posture correction, regular breaks from work, and gradual shoulder exercises, pain usually improves within 2–4 weeks, functional comfort in 6–8 weeks, and near-complete healing can be expected in about 3–4 months.
I would advise you to consult homoeopath for proper treatment aimed at complete healing. You may consult me as well; I will be available to guide you and support you throughout your treatment.

Hello,
Mild shoulder tendinosis—especially related to long desk work and mouse use—is a reversible functional condition, not permanent damage. Since your MRI shows mild changes without tear, prognosis is generally good.
Homoeopathic treatment, when individualised, can help reduce inflammation, improve tendon healing, relieve pain and stiffness, and prevent recurrence—along with posture correction and simple shoulder exercises. Surgery is not indicated in such mild cases.

Hai,
Tendinosis is a degenerative condition due to wear and tear ( due to your profession ). As its a mild case, its is best time to start Homoeopathic medicines. Homoeopathy will arrest further degeneration and facilitate muscle strengthening along with persoalised exercises.
As its a chronic condition, need treatment for 3 months.

Physiotherapy with proper homeopathic medicine can reverse your condition.
Mild shoulder tendinosis is a common overuse condition, especially in people with long hours of desk work and mouse usage. In early and mild cases, recovery is very much possible with proper care, posture correction, activity modification, and gradual strengthening exercises.
Homeopathic treatment can help in reducing pain, inflammation, stiffness, and in improving healing when prescribed after a detailed case evaluation. Along with medicines, physiotherapy exercises, ergonomic correction at your workstation, and avoiding repetitive strain are equally important.
There is no need to panic. Since your MRI shows only mild tendinosis and no tear, the prognosis is generally good. With timely treatment and lifestyle correction, most patients return to normal activities comfortably.
Dear Sir,
I understand your fear and anxiety after reading the MRI report and searching online. Please be reassured—your findings indicate mild tendinosis, which is an early, overuse-related condition and not a tear or permanent damage. The MRI clearly shows that the tendon fibers are intact, there is no retraction, no impingement, and all other shoulder structures including muscles, ligaments, labrum, and bones are normal. This means the shoulder is structurally stable and the condition is reversible.
This problem commonly occurs due to prolonged desk work, continuous mouse use, and static shoulder posture. Such repetitive strain reduces blood supply to the tendons and causes micro-stress over time. It is a functional issue rather than a disease and is frequently seen in office professionals. Importantly, mild tendinosis detected at this stage has a very good prognosis when managed properly.
Homeopathic treatment can play a useful role by reducing inflammation, improving tendon nutrition and healing, relieving pain and stiffness, and preventing progression to a chronic condition. Treatment needs to be individualized after understanding your work pattern, posture, pain characteristics, general health, and stress levels. Along with medical treatment, temporary ergonomic correction and activity modification help recovery; this does not mean lifelong restriction or permanent caution.
Online articles often describe severe or long-standing cases and can unnecessarily increase fear. In your case, there is no indication for surgery and no evidence of permanent damage. With proper guidance and personalized treatment, you can return to normal daily activities comfortably. I would advise a direct consultation for detailed evaluation and a tailored treatment plan rather than self-managing based on internet information.

Thank you for sharing your MRI report and concerns in detail.
Based on your report, the findings indicate mild tendinosis of the supraspinatus tendon and superior fibres of the subscapularis, with no tear, no retraction, and no impingement. This is reassuring and suggests an early, reversible stage of tendon involvement.
In such cases, homoeopathic treatment can be helpful in managing pain, inflammation, stiffness, and supporting the body’s natural healing response..especially when combined with proper ergonomic correction and activity modification.
However, it is important to understand that homoeopathy is individualized. The choice of medicine does not depend only on the MRI findings but also on:
• Nature and intensity of pain
• Movements that aggravate or relieve symptoms
• Duration of the complaint
• Posture, work habits, sleep position
• Overall physical and mental constitution
With early intervention, lifestyle correction, and guided treatment, many patients with mild tendinosis experience gradual improvement and return to normal daily activities. Recovery is usually progressive rather than sudden, and patience is important.
I would advise avoiding self-medication and instead opting for a proper consultation, where a personalized treatment plan can be created along with guidance on posture, workstation ergonomics, and safe shoulder movements.
You need not be fearful..your report does not indicate any serious damage, and with the right approach, this condition can be managed effectively.
Wishing you a speedy and comfortable recovery.

Health Tips
• Mouse and keyboard at elbow level
• Avoid prolonged static shoulder position
• Take micro-breaks every 30–40 minutes
• Avoid sudden overhead movements temporarily
Thank you for sharing the MRI report. The findings indicate mild tendinosis involving the supraspinatus tendon and upper fibres of the subscapularis. Importantly:
• The tendon fibres are intact
• There is no tear or retraction
• No impingement is seen
• Other shoulder structures are normal
This is a very common overuse condition, especially in people who work long hours at desks using a mouse or maintaining poor shoulder posture. It is not a dangerous or permanent damage, and in most cases it is fully manageable with proper care.
Mild tendinosis is reversible when treated early and when strain on the shoulder is corrected. Healing depends more on:
• Posture correction
• Activity modification
• Shoulder strengthening and mobility exercises
• Reducing inflammation
Homoeopathy can be used as a supportive treatment to help reduce pain and improve tissue recovery, but it should ideally be combined with physiotherapy and ergonomic correction for best results.
Next Steps
Avoid prolonged continuous mouse use (take breaks every 30–40 minutes)
Use arm support while working
Avoid overhead lifting and sudden shoulder strain
Start guided shoulder physiotherapy exercises
Apply warm compress if pain is present
This is not a tear
It does not mean surgery
It does not mean lifelong restriction
With proper care, most patients return to normal function
Health Tips
direct consultation will help tailor treatment and recovery exercises specifically for you.
To help your shoulder heal, focus on resting the joint and apply cold packs to reduce swelling. Gentle stretching exercises. There are also effective homeopathic treatments available that offer to manage this condition.
Tendinosis is a degenerative condition (not inflammation), so recovery mainly depends on rest, correction of overuse, physiotherapy, and supportive treatment.
