Mild shock inside head

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I feel sudden but very mild shock on the left side of my head just above left ear. This shock stays for few seconda only. Earlier it used to hppnent once a week or a mnth. Now its hppenng frequently. Sometimes a multiple times a day. But never too severe. what can be the reason? i have sinus problem since childhood.
