  4. Mild pain in stomsch. Last 3 days. help!

Mild pain in stomsch
I m having mild pain at the left side of my stomach..then i go for ultrasound (abd) and urine test...but tests reports are normal...now what can be the reason of this ..as it is happening for last 3 days..help
