Mild Pain in right testes since 4 days

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Sir/Mam i am having varicocele in left testes. But from 4,5 days i am having continuously mild pain in right testes. When i touch my bottom part of my right testes with finger to pta chalta h ki pain waha hai. Swelling nahi hai. What to do please suggest me. And if go to urologist then they will suggest me for ultrasound. But sir delhi mai corona virus bhot jyada spread ho raha hai. And har hospital mai corona patients bhot jyada hai.
