You need to consult a Physician to get rid of your pain as early as possible. You should avoid heavy weight lifting exercises. You should walk on your heel for two minutes with breaks in between. This should be done twice a day.

See to that you are not lifting any heavy weights or holding your breath while doing the exercises, for time being do some light exercises.
Next Steps
1) Check any bulging in that area. 2) Apply icing for 10 mins twice a day over the inner thigh and lower abdomen part. 3) Avoid further strain of that part. 4) Rest is important. 5) Keep a track for a week and if it's still painful then show to the doctor.
Health Tips
1) Avoid any strain to that part. 2) While coughing and sneezing hold or brace your Abdominal area with both your hands.
