Mild knee effusion lasts for 2 months

Can someone read this MRI report and say what the exact issue ans what should I do and how long does it take to cure? I have minimal effusion in the right knee and left knee feel tired after some distance walk. Whan I climb stairs, there is a very mild discomfort in the right knee...
