If both ur parents r hypertensive then there are more chances of u being a hypertensive too .. As of now don’t consider this as a very high b.p but still need to control it before it elevates more .. Ur present condition needs monitoring ( as it is borderline) Exercise lot Reduce weight Use only White rock salt in ur diet
