5 years ago i was treated hydronphrosess in my right kidny by payeo plasty surgery by urologest....now 3 weeks ago i feel again in right kidney pain....i ultrasound the kidny ..in the ultrasound there is a mild hydronphrosess in right kidny. ..and i dont want to oprate ahain my right kindney ..plz suggest the right slution plz.
