It’s absolutely normal to have a risen temperature at body parts with maximum surface area. Till the baby is active, playful, passing urine and stools adequately and feeding well- please sit back and relax

It happens due to high metabolism in the child. Children have high metabolism as they have fast rise in weight in initial days.
So high metabolism, can cause forehead to feel warm. Sometimes palms and soles can be cold or warm too.
Temperature is considered as fever, only if it measures above 100F in the armpit.
Nothing to do for that as it is normal. Not to worry.
