Mild fever no other symptoms
Dear Doctor.
My son 9yrs continuously falling sick from last 3 months. Earlier thrice with cold, fever and cough. Today with just fever ranging 99.5-99.8f. He is active as usual.
Pls suggest what precautions to be taken.
