Mild fever

Asked for Male, 56 Years

I suffered corona positive on 26 april 2021. And took typhoid medicine course for 10 days from May 11 to 20 for fever level 99 to 100 degree foren. However even after May 20 till date , I experience fever of 98.7 to 99 degree sometimes EVERYDAY. What can be the reason and what is the remedy to control it. My thyroid and CBC blood reports not show anything wrong.
