Mild fever for so long is very unusual. Either those changes are not pathological or the temperature reading is incorrect. There will be variation of temperature throughout the day, which is not unusual. If it is convincing that there is fever, then it needs further investigations from a reputed lab to be sure results are good. A physician and a Rheumatologist should be able to help you.
