Mild fever and loss of appetite

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am 23 years old tb patient. I am taking medicine for 4 months. After 2 months of taking medicines my afb test came negetive. And chest x ray was also good. And LFT was also good. Now I completed 3 months of medicines. I am now taking R Cinex 600 and benadon 40 . My appetite became good. Gained weight. So little cough with phelgm . But for 2 days my oral temparature goes 99 f. And auxillary temparature is 98.6 f. And also i feel nausea and loss of appetite. And my throat becomes dry. Why is it happening?? Is it for medicines or any other illness?? Please tell me.
