Mild fever & headache after vaccination
Yesterday I received my 1st dose of Covishield vaccine. And last night I had mild fever followed by headache today. Just wanted to check is that a matter of concern and if I can take paracetamol during this time. Please suggest.

Can take Paracetamol tablet 6-7 hourly for fever or headache. Consult for proper treatment

This is a normal phenomenon in any vaccination..yes, paracetamol is safe.
