My husband test report of serum cpk is 517 and cpk mb is 23 and ecocardiogarphy is normal is it any problem

Hello Mam, Is he having anything of Hypertension, Diabetes, Addiction, Abnormal Lipids, Heart Disease in Family If he had chest pain for which CPK and CKMB is done, then echocardiography should follow which if normal should be followed by stress test.
