Dear sir 5 days my x ray mild cervical स्पांडिलाइटिस and pain radiyate in left upper chest, shouder, I check troponin I,cpk mb is negative, two days pain killer, scooter चलाने पर upper left chest and shouder pain, lipid is normal Please suggested

The description given of pain is less likely to be related to cardiac. However, as you are 40 please check a regular biochemistry panel for a clinical report. I would have liked to see the lipids reports myself
