Mild chest pain
Hello Doctor, 5-6 months back I got a shooting pain on my left arm and was having law pain as well around that time with mild chest pain on left side. The shooting pain was from shoulder to the entire length and back and again the entire length. This happened once and post which I was fine. Now from past 2-3 months I am having mild pain on left side, sometimes feel a little tight in my chest area and wanted to consult if this is something serious. The Chest pain is not frequent but it happens once in 2 -3 days. I always have pain on my left arm and numbness along with shoulder pain. I also have disc issues on neck, mid back and lower back, so not sure if the numbness is due to that. I have been wanting to check with a doctor but due to covid I am trying to avoid a hospital visit. Please advice.

This pain can be of cervical also.cardiac pain usually worsens on exertion. Get a ECG ,echo and tropi test done. If tropi is negative get a TMT done If tropi is positive it means you have acute cardiac issue and proceed for angiography
