Asked for Female, 22 Years

Fever started with 103.Took dolo 650 three time a day for three days and switched to calpal thrice a day .Mahacef 200 mg twice a day for last three days.Today is 5th day .Temp 100.4 . Age 22 Kindly advice

Hello.. Well you have already started on antibiotics and also taking paracetamol..I would suggest you to take food and water well and also adequate rest..As you need rest nothing else. ...Make sure that you do tepid ponging when guy have more fever...Thank you
