Is there any over the counter cream that can treat mild acne scars? I have some spotting near my side burns

Hi First we need to check whether the Acne scars are chronic or recent ones .please tell your age and duration of these scares
Common reason for Acne marks is when patients touch and squeeze the Acne .
ordinarily the life of a pimple is 15 -20 days .if we don't touch it chances of scaring is minimal.
Mild and acute acne scars can be reduced by following daily routine and mild medicines.
Daily routine
1 .scrub (weekly twice)
Rice flour 1/4 tsp
Curd 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 4- 5 drops
Almond powder 1/4 tsp
With this mixture mildly scrub your Acne marks for 2-3 minutes.
Face mask daily
Honey 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 4_5 drops
Turmeric power -1 pinch
Make a paste and apply on the face ,daily once leave for 20 minutes
Feel the glow on the face and best pack to improve complexion.
Sehat Glow Face pack weekly Twice .
Saundaria Cream .( Available in Mashan pharmacy) daily thrice on the scars
If the marks are deep and chronic. You need to consult the doctor in person.

If you are talking about scars then it can’t be treated only with topical or oral medicines. It needs combination of both with laser or peeling treatment for better and long lasting results.

Hi, over the counter creams will not help acne scars. They help in reducing superficial acne marks. For scars prescription creams would be helpful after examining the skin and determining the depth & type of scars
