You can take tablet Dolo 650. If you are a known case of migraine and on medication you can continue the medicine you were taking. Have a sound sleep and avoid factors which aggravates your headache

Migraine can be aggravated by lack of sleep which is common in postpartum mother's... If u r breastfeeding try expressing milk so that other caregiver can feed the baby while u rest.. apart from this u can take paracetamol for pain relief...
