Migraine headache
My mother did have migraine headache since her childhood.. She had it since 20 years.. She used to suffer with it now and then.. Recently she got it before 5 days... That's because.. She didn't get sleep for 2or3 days and that led to migraine and indigestion..she says that pain is moving from one side to another.. She uses aceclofenac+paracetamol

Hi, Migraine treatment consists of meds for prophylaxis ( i.e to decrese or vanish the frequency of attacks) and meds for acute attacks..the problems of using meds for  acute Management (like you are using)..are gastric ulcers, kidney failure etc...Also avoid extremes of any aspect like sleeping,eating etc... Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case.. regards
