Since 1 month, i wake up at 1am and not able to sleep for 1-2hrs...i dont have lot of stress and i always try to finish dinner by 7.30 and go to bed by 10...i usually wake up at 5.30 and go to gym..but since insomnia started, i am not able to wake up again at 5.30...
