Hi Doctor, I am suffering from a mild ache on my middle stomach( just above my navel (umbilicus). It is constant most of the times. And also sometimes I. Am having right side chest pain. This is on going for last one month. Will it be a ulcer or Gerd Or colitis?? Pls. Pls. Advise. I'm scared.

Your pain characterstics point towords more organic causes like gall stones etc. But Gastritis IBS etc may also be possible. Depending on other histories related to pain and digestive SYMPTOMS.
