Microcytic Anemia and B12 supplements
I was diagnosed with Anisocytosis and Hypochromia, Fatty Liver/NASH. MCV⬇️ 70 MCH⬇️ 21 MCHC ⬇️ 29.8 RBC COUNT⬆️ 6.52 RDW-CV⬆️ 19.7 The HGB(13.7), Iron Serum, TIBC was normal all the times. Is this really Vitamin B12 deficiency Anemia because that is a macrocytic Anemia with increased MCV, MCH? Should I continue B12 supps? Or it can be other Anemia like Anemia of Chronic Disease?(Diagnosis ?) Thalassemia?(Diagnosis?).

In liver disorders usually the anaemia is macrocytic, but according to your reports MCV is low, so it is not macrocytic.
