You might have mild iron deficiency anemia. Nothing to worry, relax
Start having iron supplementations regularly, there are a lot of OTC tablets available.
T.Ferrous sulphate 325 mg - 2tabs per day for 1month,
T.Ferrous sulphate 325 mg - 1 tab per day for 2 months.
Take the tablet after breakfast, avoid having it with milk.
Caution- you might feel a metallic taste in your mouth when you take the tablet. And there is a possibility that you might pass high coloured stools when you take it, but you need not worry about those as they are normal.
Take the supplements regularly for 3months and repeat a serum HB afterwards.
Even if serum HB returns to normal before this 3 months, you must finish the course to completely replenish your body's iron reserve.
