Microalbuminuria treatment
My father suffered from a heart attack in Feb'21 and underwent angioplasty with two stent implants. He is on the following medication since then :
1. Brilinta 50mg twice daily
2. Ecosprin 75mg once daily
3. Rozavel 40mg once daily
His blood pressure varies between 135-140/75-80 when measured in digital BP monitor at home. Fasting blood sugar levels are below 110 mostly.
Since March'21 he has observed foamy and bubbly urine which stays even after flushing.
ACR is tested 288.58mcg/mg (report attached).
Blood creatinine report is also attached.
Please suggest treatment for microalbuminuria.
