  4. Metformin. For weight loss & pcos?

Having PCOS & insulin resistance. However, I am not pre diabetic or I don't have high blood sugar. Can I start taking metformin for weight loss & pcos? I am already exercising & following a diet but it's not working out. Please help me, please recommend if a non diabetic person can take metformin or not
