I usually have breast heaviness before my period,but this time I am not ,also feeling metalic taste in mouth,urinating also more

Hello.. well I would like to know if are taking any medicines for the same after which the symptoms have started...for few people it’s common to have breast tenderness before the menses...and need not worry about it..please meet a physician for it... hope am clear...thank you
