Also, try to snack frequently(2-3 hours) where in you incorporate healthy snacks like makhana, roasted nuts, fruits etc. This will slowly improve your metabolic rate. Physical activity is the second most important thing. Make sure you do at least 20-30 mins of moderate physical activity everyday. Apart from this it is important for you to also stay active through out the day. Try to avoid sitting at your desk for more that 1 hour.
