If there are bilateral chocolate cysts in the initial stage ,medication sometimes works to stop them from growing.
But if the symptoms worsen and the size is both cysts are increasing , severe cramps etc..
You might require surgery. Laparoscopic procedure - Ovarian cystectomy.
And about the liver - its a very common finding.
You need to cut down fatty fried foods, cut down alchohol if you have the habit. Exercise for your health.
