Hi there.. your patient is suffering from dementia which is group of symptoms like loss of inability to think, memory loss and other symptoms that which will affect his daily functioning.. causes include Alzheimer's disease(most common), vascular dementia( where brain injury due to high bp..) lewy body dementia.. hypothyroidism, vitamin b 12 deficiency also causes This.. consult neurologist once soon..
