Hello sir,
I've anxiety disorder as I really think more then needed for a small things that I caused I'm not able to sleep properly and always with on mind ...some times my brain pain a lot ...please be advised how to overcome with this ??

The primary treatment for Anxiety disorder is Cognitive behavioral therapy. So I suggest you start Relaxation and CBT . If the symptoms are very severe then I suggest you to consider Medication.
