Mentally Exhuasted
A few nights ago I pulled an all nighter for stressful exams. Obviously the next day i was very tired and lethargic, I could barely open my eyes throughout the day. However, i felt physically fine, I just felt drained mentally. A few days have passed and I’m still feeling exhausted mentally but not physically. I have been having trouble concentrating, getting emotional easily and also getting frequent headaches. Today I jogged and started dosing off. My mind wants to turn off.

Sleep atleast for 8 hours everyday. Don't get pre occupied with the thoughts that u r mentally exhausted. Try to distract your mind. If mind is putting pressure on you by reminding u that u r exhausted, just take it lightly. Say to urself 'its okay to be exhausted sometime' and then get back to ur work. Dont leave any of ur work because u r feeling exhausted. Try to continue. Initially it will be difficult then u will be able to do. If u r facing too much distress then consult a clinical psychologist for few sessions.
